I offer two pricing options to meet your hiring needs:

Hourly Support

Perfect for organizations hiring multiple roles or looking for ongoing recruitment support. You'll pay a straightforward hourly rate with no surprises, ideal for steady, flexible collaboration.

Outcomes-Based Structure
A combination of a lower hourly rate plus a placement fee (a percentage of the hired candidate’s salary). This model aligns our incentives, shares risk, and offers a results-driven approach to filling critical roles.
